Enjoyable movie for you and your child - I have to admit the beginning was not expected and the story line was thin, but overall it s a cute movie. My husband and I didn t have high hopes for it but my 3 year old daughter wanted to watch it. It isn t as good as the original but it was fun seeing Ariel, Sebastian, and Flounder on the screen again after all these years. Now my daughter is a huge fan and talks about Ariel every day. Looks like we need to get the orginal now.
not a typical Disney - I Love Disney movies. Usually it is because the story is good and so is the music. This story was nice, but I have to say that the music was just AWFUL!It pretty much ruined the movie for me. I mean in one part there was this dreadful piano piece that didn t even fit.Sally Field, as much as I love her, can t sing.Disney could have made this movie so much better. I would suggest they try again with a different soundtrack.

Another good Disney movie - From what I can tell, my daughter really likes this movie... Great for any little Ariel fan out there.. young AND old alike....
